Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration, Master's degree is highly preferred.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience with proven performance on operations on online/digital businesses, ideally with a focus on purchasing and/or operations. Consulting background an asset.
  • Tech-savvy, a good understanding of how systems work, information exchange and structure
  • Excellent data-driven, analytical skills. Must be a logical thinker.
  • Strong project management and communication skills. Used to manage multiple stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Excellent communication skill in English and in Bahasa Indonesia (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PPT), able to deliver under pressure, very entrepreneurial and results-driven
  • Ability to coordinate downward and upward working streams, time and pressure management

  • Minimum degree or equivalent experience in Logistics/Hub industry
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word & visio
  • Good knowledge in optimization processes (LEAN or Kaizen Methodology is added advantage)
