1. Digital and Marketing Communication Officer

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
  • Full-time Position
  • Based in Jakarta/Tangerang

Peran dan Tanggung Jawab
  • Understand our company’s vision or objectives and perception to the public or media.
  • Planning corporate publicity strategies and campaigns.
  • Writing and producing presentations and press releases.
  • Dealing and monitoring with inquiries from the public, the press, and related organizations or communities.
  • Controlling and maintaining the management of external and internal communication strategies with all stakeholders to deliver news from the company, build a positive image and public perception of the company.
  • Providing clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current corporate communication campaigns progress.
  • Familiar with social media and digital marketing.
  • Ensure the availability of information and information retrieval in order to provide up-to date, accurate information related to the company.
  • Providing the concept of corporate image in various forms of print, electronic, online and outdoor media including managing the company's website and social media.
  • Ensure the availability of creative designs (pre-production, production, post-production) to ensure activities run in accordance with the provisions and targets.
  • Organizing and attending promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours, and visits.
  • Speaking publicly at interviews, press conferences, and presentations.
  • Develop activity plans and other promotional methods to increase brand awareness.

Kualifikasi
  • Female max. 27 years old.
  • Min. S1 Degree from communication, marketing, or equivalent from a reputable university.
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Actively interact using digital social networks.
  • Min. 2 years experiences in the same field for banking, journalism, or media online.
  • Have good relation and connection with media and communities.
  • Fluent in English.

2. Information Technology Auditor

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
  • Full-time position 
  • Based in Cilegon

Peran dan Tanggung Jawab
  • Collecting data and compiling analysis related to IT systems and environmental conditions of IT facilities and discuss with relevant divisions and IT to make improvements.
  • Preparing an Audit Preparation Report (including audit program, findings and alternative solutions).
  • Examining the IT sector and producing reports in the form of executive summaries and audit reports.
  • Analyzing reports on the implementation of follow-up audits conducted by theHeadquarters/Regional/Branch Offices including external/OJK audit findings.
  • Collecting data and reports obtained in the audit process (IT audit working paper filing).
  • Submitting periodic related reports to OJK.

Kualifikasi
  • Male max. 25 years old.
  • Min. S1 Degree majoring IT/Information System from reputable university.
  • Able to manage data warehouse using ETL in Microsoft Visual Studio or Pentaho.
  • Processing data query from database MySQL, postgre, SQL server and DB2.
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Able to create store procedure, function, and trigger in SQL server.
  • Willing to travel across some major city in Indonesia.
  • Understanding web programming web PHP and Java Script

3. Investor Relation Analyst

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
  • Full-time position
  • Based in Jakarta/Tangerang

Peran dan Tanggung Jawab
  • Keeping abreast of the developments in the capital market, especially regulations in the capital market.
  • Responsible for compliance with applicable laws on the stock exchange and the capital market related to information disclosure.
  • Provide input and recommendations to the head of the corporate secretary to comply with statutory provisions in the capital market sector.
  • Write press releases about current and upcoming corporate actions and company performance materials.
  • Process and prepare data support to compile materials used in making financial updates, press releases, disclosure of information, investor newsletters, websites, including materials used in analyst meetings, public exposes, roadshows, and rating reviews.
  • Provide information needed by investors or potential investors through company visits, teleconferences, and e-mails.
  • Processing and preparing data to compile an annual report.
  • Creating a better community for BEKS shareholders.
  • Analyze the investor mix and assist in formulating strategies for increasing shareholder value.
  • Processing and preparing data for preparation and analysis of an investor profile to formulate appropriate investor communication strategy

Kualifikasi
  • Male max. 30 years old.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Min. S1 Degree from a reputable university.
  • Min. 2 years of experiences in the same field for a public listed company (Tbk) or Market Analyst from a reputable securities company.
  • Have negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Have the ability to analyze financial reports and strategic finance.
