1. Operations Excellence Manager (GoMart)

What You Will Do
  • Define & Monitor key success metrics and aligning with north star metrics
  • Define & monitor business process improvement initiatives 
  • Define & monitor business initiatives to improve the north star metrics
  • Analyze data to generate insight and improvement initiatives
  • Coordinates with a variety of business units to develop, test, and refine business processes / practices. 
  • Creates a roadmap for product improvement needed to ensure improvement in processes

What You Will Need
  • At least 5 years of experience in Operations, Strategy & Planning, Business Analyst, or other similar roles
  • Proven experience and understanding of planning and data analysis
  • Familiarity in working with multiple stakeholders across various teams at the same time
  • An analytical and problem solving mindset as well as acute attention to detail, to enable you to identify improvement opportunities and later implement them using various tools & methods
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and google data studio 
  • Understanding of Basic SQL will be a plus


2. Regional Operations Associate

What You Will Do
  • Support Regional Operations Manager (ROM) to provide completed orders and profit and loss target achievement
  • Provide analytics to support operations team such as BCR, fraud rules, etc. at the regional level
  • Deploy defined strategies from operations perspective during the process of establishing the new area of service
  • Ensure SOP and legal compliances in the region
  • Support ROM to oversee all districts and branches operations
  • Analyze driver states & measure efficiency of various driver badges to generate more high quality drivers in the region
  • Support ROM Region in product changes roll out in the region
  • Engage in conversation with driver during driver community events to get insights about their pain points

What You Will Need
  • At least 4 years experience in Supply Chain; in Multi National FMCG and Logistics company
  • Having strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills using various improvement tools and methods
  • Having good understanding about supply and demand planning
  • Able to create creative solutions toward operation issues and empower relevant team to execute properly
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & proficient in spoken and written in English
  • Experience in using data analytic tools like BigQuery, Tableau, Metabase, would be a great advantage.
  • Having excellent communication skill, strong sense and empathy of on ground situations.


3. IT Support Engineer

What You Will Do
  • Deliver technical assistance and maintain IT infra using CRM tools (Salesforce) on a daily basis
  • Perform the installation and configuration of software, hardware and other devices
  • Contribute to the enhancement of SOP and process design implementation
  • Support on projects implementation by working collaboratively with others within the organization
  • Implement a new technology solution for the smooth delivery of the IT Operation related to VPNs and cloud technology such as Google Workspace, JAMF, ManageEngine, Operating System
  • Acquire and maintain on-going knowledge and expertise in deploying patches on Windows and Mac OS

What You Will Need
  • At least 3 years of experience in the IT Infrastructure area
  • Experience and knowledge in a broad range of software including Microsoft tools, Mac OS, Adobe product, etc., and hardware such as laptop, network peripheral, printer, tablet, etc)
  • Good understanding of IT Architecture and Network Topology
  • Proven understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) with strong IT Service Management skills
  • Ability to analyze and improve related IT business process
  • High-analytical skills to study problems and identify solutions
  • A fast learner, who is also communicative, and adaptable to a variety of situations
  • A multi-tasker who can handle numerous projects at a time whilst prioritizing task effectively


4. HR Data Analyst

What You Will Do
  • Building employee data architecture and ETL to create datasets to cater to the HR function needs.
  • Taking part in analytical consulting approaches to people issues, interpreting and exploring business problems using people data.
  • Assisting data analysts in quantitative research on segmentations to give people’s insights to stakeholders.
  • Performing complex people data pipelines (refer to the design of systems for processing, clustering, cleaning, and storing data)

What You Will Need
  • At least 2 years of experience as an analyst, Business Intelligence, or Data Warehousing fields. Proficient in data ETL (extraction, transformation, and loading) with SQL.
  • Proficient in BigQuery, Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong in database design and data architecture, data mining and analytics, data security and privacy.
  • Experience in managing and or being involved in a project from inception to completion.
  • Knowledge or strong interest in People matters / People analytics.
  • Bonus points if you are familiar with R / Python, and have excellent analytical and data storytelling skills to deliver recommendations clearly and effectively with stakeholders.
