1. TA Planner Coordinator
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Have overall control of the turnaround personal and sub-contractors under his area.
- Provide direction for safe completion of work.
- Provide solution for technical Issues at work.
- Be dedicated full time at SITE during TA execution period and be accessible at all time.
- Attend daily progress meeting with OPU co-ordination team.
- Ensure TA daily progress is in accordance with the schedule.
- Implement mitigation action for schedule slippage.
- Ensures all WORKS proceeds smoothly.
- Measurement/ milestone is achieved as per agreed plan
- Willing to be placed to Site Location within Indonesia area and abroad
Qualification:
- At least 10 years experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Industry.
- Managed at least 1 major Mechanical Static Turnaround work as TA Superintendent
2. Planner Mechanical Static
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible in preparing/ amending Job Methode Sheet (JMS) and other related activities.
- Responsible in managing and controlling all WORKS within the area under their jurisdiction.
- Directly responsible for area Supervisors and other discipline Supervisors in their area.
- Ensure works are executed without jeopardizing safety, quality and schedule.
- Willing to be placed to Site Location within Indonesia area and abroad
Qualification:
- At least 5 years experience in Oil & Gas Industry.
- Experienced as Static Planner in the related field for at least 2 main mechanical static turnaround works.
3. TA Scheduler
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Able to plan, control and make recommendations on any changes to approved schedule required the execution period.
- To Update Works Progress to OPU Scheduler in a timely manner as agrees by both parties.
- Directly responsible for area Supervisors and other discipline Supervisors in their area.
- Willing to be placed to Site Location within Indonesia area and abroad
- Note : OPU = PETRONAS Operating unit Used interchangeably with OPU, PETRONAS and Company
Qualification:
- Experience in planning & scheduling in at least 2 major turnaround/ project.
- Proficient in project management software and Primavera certified.
4. Supervisor (Area/Operation)
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemistry, Petroleum
- At least 5 years experiences on WTIP Operation, Power Plant, Oil Transmission/Distribution, Material Station,
- Having Pengawas Produksi Migas Certification
- Contract Based
- Placement: Head Office – Jakarta, but willing to be placed to site location across Indonesia
5. Supervisor
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Be dedicated full time at SITE during TA Execution period and be accessible at all times.
- Responsible in managing and controlling all works within the area under their jurisdiction.
- Able to manage and control workers accordingly.
- Willing to be placed to Site Location within Indonesia area and abroad
Qualification:
- At least 3 years experience in turnaround works in Oil & Gas Industry.
- Experienced as a Coordinator in at least 2 main mechanical static turnaround works
6. Foreman
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Be dedicated full time at SITE during TA Execution period.
- Prepare all necessary work permuts (PTW).
- Report to respective area supervisors
- The number of permits that each work leader/ forman can handle varies from OPU to OPU. OPU requirement shall be followed
Qualification:
- Experienced in maintenance work for at least 5 years and able to read and write
