1. Accounting

Responsibilities :
  • Support the CFO in managing the audit progress and quality of subsidiary financial statements. Prepare and coordinate audit materials in Indonesia, communicate with auditors about key audit issues, and assist in completing internal signing of audit reports in accordance with corporate process requirements.
  • In accordance with Indonesia’s locat funds policy requirements, prepare and submit foreign currency reports to the central bank on a quarterly basis, and complete annual KPPK audit reports on time.
  • Conduct professional assessments of the health of suppliers’ financial statements, and support the procurement department in supplier qualification.
  • Understand the dynamics of local accounting standards, provide solutions or external compliance suggestions for special business scenarios and transactions based on the requirements of local accounting standards.
  • Contribute expertise to the interpretation of accounting policies and practices, and support the CFO in managing subsidiary compliance

Requirements
  • Accounting or related Finance major degree or master
  • Accounting major : 5+ years of experience in audit; ACCA certificate holders preferred or at least 3 years of experience acceptable
  • Skill ful in auditor communications; proficient in Indonesian and English listening, speaking, reading, and writing Accounting standards and accounting policies, tax practices in the industry, tax accounting, Huawei’s typical business scenarios, and Huawei’s accounting solutions and IT systems
  • Complete annual financial statements audits in time and with high quality based on corporate requirements.
  • Prepare the KPPK report and corresponding audit report in a timety manner and with high quality.
  • Professional judgments and solutions relating to financial reports are delivered in a timely manner without discrepancies.
  • Analysis and control, communication and coordination, and interpersonal understanding, Strong sense of responsibility; able to work under pressure; down to earth.


2. Human Resource Business Partners

Responsibilities
  • Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.
  • Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career evelopment, disciplinary actions).
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
  • Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
  • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met

Requirement
  • Bachelor degree in Psychology/ Economics (Human Resource Management/ Law), or related major.
  • Minimum 3 Years working experience.
  • Has experienced on Recruitment area / Compensation & Benefit / HR Business Partner.
  • Must be Able to speak Mandarin, good communication and English skill.
  • Excellent interpersonal and Communication skill.


3. Assistant Sales and Account Operation

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for end-to-end management of opportunity and data quality management of opportunity;
  • Responsible for sales forecast management, track the progress of forecasting, and retrospect the implementation of forecasts. Monitor the deviation, identify risks and analyze, seek solutions, monitor improvements, and merge.
  • Responsible for sales project management and customer relationship management;
  • Responsible for the formulation and monitoring of customer management policies;
  • Internal controt and compliance management as the process PC;

Requirements
  • Marketing Business Management, International trade computer science IT major Working experience
  • 2+ years of experience in telco industry is preferred Language Requirement (optional)
  • Fluent in Chinese both in Oral and writing is preferred Skill test Requirement (optional)
  • Good skills in PPT/Excel is preferred Professional certifications from third parties (optional)
  • Basic knowledge in sales, business support, especially in telecom industry
  • High risk sensitive identification and judgment capability
  • Sensitive to numbers and has strong logic analysis and inferential capability Key Skill set professional skills
  • Skilled at Microsoft Office, especially EXCEL, PPT.
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English, if can Chinese Language will be preferable
  • Proactive, innovative, ability to communicate easily and effectively at all levels in the organization Good analysis and communicate skills, good team player. Fluent Chinese both in orat and writing, Detail-oriented


4. Legal Counsel

Responsibilities
  • Providing legal service and support to Indonesia subsidiary office.
  • Drafting, reviewing, participating and provide legal advice in the bidding, negotiation of contracts and other legal documents at least for two account.
  • Providing tegal advice and legal risk control for the operation of company including in consumer business, cloud business and coordinating or liaising with customer or relevant stake holders for any legal matter as required.
  • Legal research and providing legal training to other departments within company.
  • To manage business license application and familiar with OSS and other government license system.

Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in law or Master Degree will be an added value
  • Have minimum 5 to 8 year experience in related area, experience in telecommunication equipment, IT supplier or software company will be an added value
  • Fluent in English is a must, fluent in mandarin will be an added value
  • Have an advocate license will be an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge at telecommunication and business law such as company law, contract law, dispute resolution law, telecommunication law, information and electronic transaction law, criminal law and its procedural law, intetiectual property rights law, personal data protection law etc.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skill with a strong commercial and legal argument
  • Excellent interpersonal
  • Computer literate.


5. Sales Management Specialist

Responsibilities

Responsibilities
  • Managing/ participating in overseas telecommunication bidding, creating commercial solution, replying RFQ and compiling bidding document.
  • Participating in contract negotiation according to plan, minimizing contract risk and guaranteeing contract quality.
  • Participating in contract commercial and quality assessment, guaranteeing veracity of commercial strategy and contract quality
  • Collecting and analyzing local commerciat background, requirement of customer, competitor’s information, industry information and etc.
  • Drafting and improving business model and commercial solution.

Requirements
  • International trade, international financing, international economic law, international project management major
  • Ever involved on day to day telecom equipment contract matters (negotiations, preparation of responses for tender bids, managing of disputes, etc.) on pre or post sales with customer touches
  • Familiar with transaction law, especially telecom industry
  • Skilled at Microsoft Office, especially EXCEL, PPT.
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English, if can Chinese
  • Proactive, innovative, ability to communicate easily and effectively
