1. Social Media Executive

Job Description:
- Growing Akseleran’s social media followers and engagement
- Doing content research and developing content planning and concept for Akseleran’s social media platform (e.g. IG, Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok)
- Analyze content performance and create periodical report
- Collaborating with influencers for Lead Generation
- Working along with Sales, Creative, PR and Digital team
- Monitoring market trends to make sure the relevancy of Akseleran’s branding
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from Marketing, Social Media Management and Communication major
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Have done Content Research and Planning, Copywriting and Content Marketing
- Basic Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus
- Have financial and investment knowledge
2. Credit Analyst

Job Description:
- Performing Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process
- Analyze the financial statement of the applicant
- Prepare credit scoring and credit proposal
Requirements:
- Min. education Bachelor’s Degree from Finance/Accounting/Management/Economics
- Min. 1 year of relevant experience, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Excel
- Familiar with basic accounting finance, ratio analysis, economics, and financial statement analysis
3. Credit Operations

Job Description:
- Analyze Borrower’s credit history
- Prepare complete documents for the crowdfunding process
- Perform collateral validation (invoice, SPK, etc.)
- Prepare the equipment for the loan disbursement process
- Monitoring the payment performance of borrowers and/or payers
- Prepare loan campaign to be featured in Akseleran’s website
Requirements:
- Min. education Bachelor’s Degree from any major, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Excel
- Familiar with Pefindo/SLIK and analyzing the result
4. Relationship Manager Borrower

Job Description:
- Acquire new potential Borrowers (SME/Corporate level)
- Render all assistance regarding Borrower’s document related to credit application
- Pre-screening and analyze credit proposal
- Liaise with credit analyst and other departments
- Maintaining existing Borrower by providing best services
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from any major
- 2+ years of working experience as Relationship Manager from Banking Industry focusing on lending products
- Have a great networking
- Good credit risk assessment skill and strong analytical skill
- Standard of excellence
5. Backend Developer

Job Description:
- Write well designed, testable and efficient code by using best software development practices
- Create and maintain software documentation
- Able to communicate and coordinate with internal and external teams
- Quick learner and adapts to new technology as per the requirement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience
- Have experience or ability in some of: Python, Python framework (Falsk, Django, etc), RDBMS (PostgresSQL, MySQL, etc), NoSQL (Redis, MongoDB, etc), Unit Test, Rest
- API, Version Control System (Gitlab, Github, etc), Linux OS is a plus if you have experience or ability in: Microservices, Test Driven Development (TDD), Message Broker (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc)

6. QA Engineer

- Create code for new feature needs and development of existing features
- Manage code in source control repository

- Collaborating with other teammates such as Project Manager, and other Developers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information System
- Minimal 2 years of experience in the related field
- Skill sets: Cisco, Linux, Windows, MikroTik, Database, hardware and software troubleshooting
- Preferably specialized in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent
- Good analytical skills, and have desire to learn new technology
7. Internship
