1. HR Admin

Kualifikasi
  • Willing to be placed at Kapuk, Jakarta Barat
  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role.
  • Experience with HR software, like HRIS
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws
  • Enthusiastic, positive, friendly and a great sense of humour!
  • Good command in English both verbal and written
  • Have a good attention to details & resourceful
  • Proficient in Jira / Trello, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace Ability to prioritize tasks well.
  • BS in Human Resources or relevant field.

Uraian Tugas
  • Day-to-day HR and GA operational activities.
  • Organizing and maintaining personnel records
  • Updating internal HR databases
  • Preparing HR document
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
  • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Participate in HR projects

2. HR Generalist

Kualifikasi
  • Willing to be placed at Kapuk, Jakarta Barat
  • 1-2 years People & Culture experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; bonus points for startup experience
  • Capable to work in a fast-paced environment Having a knowledge of the Human Resources area and or SAP/HRIS
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are essential. Ability to lead meetings and presentations, and ability to interface with all levels of people

  • An ability to demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and strike a balance between employee and company needs

Uraian Tugas
  • Day-to-day HR and GA operational activities.
  • Introduce and support People & Culture programs and initiatives to create a unique, successful, and fulfilling workplace.
  • Make sure that everyone on the team is engaged and productive - the team’s success is your success.
  • Manage General Affairs (office assets), general purchasement & vendors
  • Own the process of all employees’ claims and insurance matters.
  • Assist in all internal wellness & engagement activities
  • Perform whole process of recruitment (requirement gathering, vacancy posting, candidate sorting & review, interviewing)
  • Handle end to end recruitment process from candidate source until onboarding process.
  • Coordinate pre-employment test schedules and conduct applicant preliminary interviews.
  • Maintain and update Recruitment Report and other forms of reporting or record keeping with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Maintain company social media (Instagram & Linkedin) to develop and implement employer branding plans and strategies


3. HR Manager

Job Description
  • The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives from zero. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Managing the Recruitment Process including all phase such as Sourcing Talent, Profiling, Testing, Interviewing, Matching, and Offering
  • Developing HR Policy & System such as Company Regulations, Work System, SOP, Man Power Planning, Work Flow, Work Value, Work Culture, etc
  • Developing and maintaining the company culture
  • Socialize & monitor SOP to ensure recruitment, transfer, promotion, and termination effective & efficient
  • Conduct performance management by using KPI/OKR in each division with the help from CEO/Head of division
  • Resolving complex employee relations issues and addressing grievances
    Minimum Qualifications.
Job Requirement:
  • Proven working experience as HR manager min 3 years preferably in a startup environment
  • Good knowledge of local labor laws and legal requirements
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • Has strong communication, presentation skill & a positive mental attitude is a must
  • Initiative, proactive, agile, and must be a team player


4. R&D SPV

Kualifikasi
  • Willing to be placed at Kapuk, Jakarta Barat
  • Have minimum 3-5 years Reasearch & Development in food industry
  • Have significant experience in Food industry, with experience in Product Development
  • Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Food Science & Technology
  • Good command in English both verbal and written
  • Have a good attention to details & resourceful
  • Proficient in Jira / Trello, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace Ability to prioritize tasks well.
  • Have passion on Food and cooking
  • Have an interest in trends and insights in the Food industry
  • Have good knowledge in the formulation, processing, ingredients and characteristics of food products
  • Good understanding of HACCP, GMP, Food Safety and ISO
  • Understand about developing product & packaging
  • Understand about food sterilization (Retort)

Uraian Tugas
  • Meet sales/marketing needs for the products needed by customers
  • Cooperate with the Production Department in handling production process problems
  • Cooperate with the Marketing Department in handling customer complaints
  • Develop new products or improvement of existing products.
  • Maintain motivation and mental attitude to work and comply with all regulations applicable.
  • Maintain teamwork to improve team capabilities accordingly with the scope of work
  • Holding a commitment to always run the organization in accordance with the quality management system as a whole for all levels of employees in the R & D Department.
  • Prepare R & D monthly reports


5. Operasional SPV

Kualifikasi
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Kapuk, Jakarta Barat
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3-5 tahun sebagai operasional di perusahaan startup atau industri makanan
  • Minimum Lulusan Sarjana (S1) jurusan Ilmu & Teknologi Pangan / Teknik Industri / Teknik Mesin
  • Memiliki kemampuan berpikir analitis yang kuat, 
  • Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan dan komunikasi yang baik
  • Berorientasi pada detail
  • Bersedia bekerja shift
  • Diutamakan usia sekitar 27-35 tahun

Uraian Tugas
  • Mengelola & mengawasi operasional proses secara keseluruhan (termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada Produksi dan Supply Chain Manufacturing)
  • Merencanakan dan memantau jalannya produksi sehari-hari untuk memastikan semua produksi berjalan lancar dan mencapai target harian produksi
  • Pengawasan pelaksanaan produksi
  • Memantau produksi harian dan karyawan agar operasional produksi berjalan tepat waktu dan memenuhi target
  • Koordinasi dengan Quality Department, Production leader berkaitan dengan pekerjaan produksi dan operasional agar berjalan tepat waktu dan sesuai target
  • Pengawasan dan pelaporan progress produksi dan operasional kepada atasan langsung
  • Memantau progress produksi dan operasional
  • Koordinasi dengan Leader terkait jadwal shift kerja karyawan
  • Memastikan SOP saat ini diterapkan & melakukan pembaharuan jika diperlukan

6. Production Manager

Kualifikasi 
  • Willing to be placed at Kapuk, Jakarta Barat
  • Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Chemical Engineering
  • Strong analytical thinking, leadership, good communication skills
  • Good command in English both verbal and written
  • Have a good attention to details & resourceful
  • Proficient in Jira / Trello, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace Ability to prioritize tasks well
  • Proven work experience as a Production Spv in food industry for at least 5-10 years 
  • Proven managerial experience
  • Adequate knowledge of business and management principles strategic planning
  • Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes
  • Have passion on Food and have an interest in trends and insights in the Food industry
  • Preferably maximum 35 years old 

Uraian Tugas
  • Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations
  • Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
  • Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
  • Allocate resources effectively, efficiency and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
  • Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
  • Commit to safety procedures
  • Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
  • Managing and develop team to ensure smooth progress and achieve production daily target
  • Managing and continuously improvement for all production, operational and business process.
  • Support to develop new & existing product 
  • Collaboration with all Division for business operations
  • Understanding and developing OEE
  • Development KPI for all Production Team
  • Prepare monthly report


7. Mechanical Engineering

Kualifikasi 
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Kapuk, Jakarta Barat
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai Maintenance Spv / Mechanical Engineer Spv di perusahaan industri makanan
  • Minimum Lulusan Sarjana (S1) jurusan Teknik Industri / Teknik Mesin
  • Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang kuat, komunikatif
  • Kemampuan analisa dan penyelesaian masalah yang baik
  • Diutamakan usia sekitar 27-35 tahun

Uraian Tugas
  • Bertanggungjawab atas hasil kerja mekanik dan melakukan fungsi kontrol mesin produksi
  • Mengidentifikasi peluang automatisasi mesin-mesin/line manual dan peningkatan kapasitas mesin-mesin/line yang kurang efisien.
  • Meningkatkan aspek Safety semua mesin sehingga tercapai zero accident
  • Memiliki pengalaman dalam mengimplementasikan program prediktif dan preventif maintenance
  • Membuat perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan melakukan pengontrolaan serta evaluasi keseluruhan program kerja
  • Memastikan program maintenance, shutdown dan overhaul pada semua mesin dan peralatan berjalan dengan baik
  • Mengendalikan pemakaian spare part, energi dan sumber daya secara efisien dan efektif
  • Melakukan pemeriksaan kondisi masing-masing unit mesin (getaran), jika diperlukan.
  • Memastikan perawatan harian, mingguan, bulanan untuk setiap mesin dilakukan
  • Selalu menjalin dan meningkatkan kerjasama yang baik antar divisi untuk efisiensi dan kelancaran produksi dan operasional.  
  • Mengelola proses manajemen kinerja karyawan dalam penyusunan dan pencapaian KPI  
  • Membuat laporan bulanan


8. Admin Finance

Kualifikasi
  • Willing to be placed at Kapuk, Jakarta Barat
  • Min. Bachelor (S1) in related field
  • Minimum have 2 years experience in financial administration, book keeping, tax and office administration.
  • Good knowledge of Accounting, Financing & Taxation 
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting journals, accounting reports and financial reports
  • Strong numeracy skills, detail oriented
  • Strongly integrity, honest, trustworthy, sound work ethic and have good attitude
  • Able to work in a team & individual, detail-oriented, self-motivated person,
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in Ms Office and computer based finance application/system

Uraian Tugas
  • Make administration of account payable
  • Make invoice and online sales administration
  • Handle petty cash
  • Handle payment for Vendor Import & Local
  • Responsible for delivery of documents to customers, vendors, etc,
  • Handle general administration.
  • Check and report daily and monthly mutation
  • Create Invoice, Proforma Invoice, E-Faktur, etc to System


9. Finance SPV

Kualifikasi
  • Willing to be placed at Kapuk, Jakarta Barat
  • Woman, 32 Y.o Max
  • Bachelor Degree (Accounting Major)
  • 2 Years experienced as a Supervisor, leader, or the other equal Position
  • 4 Years experienced on Accounting & Tax Division (Preferred)
  • Have a Tax Brevet Certification
  • Have a strong knowledge about Tax & Accounting
  • Proactive, problem solver, leadership, strong analytical thinking and detail oriented
  • Able to work as a team or individual
  • Good command in English both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Jira / Trello, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace Ability to prioritize tasks well.

Uraian Tugas
  • Confirm & Report Account balance is accordance with the system
  • Ensure that all incoming & outgoing money is identified correctly
  • Checking the payment request is appropriate and correct before payment is made
  • Ensure that daily operations of Finance, Accounting & Tax division is run well
  • Ensure the payment & reports of taxes is on time every month
  • Ensure the Financial reports are completed on time and have been carefully checked
