1) LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR
Responsibility:
- Manage and perform learning & development program
- Conduct TNA, develop training curriculum, and release training calendar
- Create and develop training program, including evaluation tools
- Support the implementation of competency matrix
- Create and develop training module as needed
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree from Psychology / Human Resources / Management
- Minimum 5 years experience in Learning & Development area
- Good knowledge at competency matrix
- Good at Ms. Office to process and analyze data as well as reporting
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizing skills
- Proactive, energetic, dynamic, and detail oriented
- Excellent service oriented
- Willing to travel around company's branches
2) TALENT MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR
Responsibility:
- Manage end to end process of talent pool
- Create, develop, and execute talent development program, starting from the curriculum based on competency matrix
- Manage promotion program for all level, including assessment and monitoring performance progress during program execution
- Support the succession plan implementation
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree from Psychology / Human Resources / Management
- Minimum 5 years experience in Talent Management area
- Good knowledge at competency matrix
- Good at Ms. Office to process and analyze data as well as reporting
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizing skills
- Proactive, energetic, dynamic, and detail oriented
- Excellent service oriented
- Willing to travel around company's branches
3) TRAINER
Responsibility:
- Create and develop training program: curriculum, content, method, and evaluation, including the reporting
- Deliver training module through training program conduction
- Manage and develop internal trainer management, including internal trainer development program
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree from any major
- Minimum 5 years experience as trainer
- Good knowledge at competency matrix
- Good at Ms. Office to process and analyze data as well as reporting
- Perform strong trainer skills
- Proactive, energetic, dynamic, and creative
- Excellent service oriented
- Willing to travel around company's branches
4) ASSESSMENT CENTER HEAD
Responsibility:
- Create, develop, and manage assessment for talent acquisition, talent management, promotion, including the assessment tools
- Manage and develop assessment center, including the team members
- Bachelor degree from Psychology / Human Resources
- Minimum 5 years experience in Assessment area
- Strong knowledge at competency matrix
- Good at Ms. Office to process and analyze data as well as reporting
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking, attention to detail, and target oriented
- Self driven, good interpersonal skills, and computer literate
- Excellent service oriented
