Lowongan Kerja Dexa Group
1. Graphic Design Officer
- Explore and create bold and problem-solving designs across various marketing channels and product mediums
- Produce communicative and strong conceptual illustrations that simplify complex design brief
- Illustrate and explain concepts by designing the layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic and business concepts
- Executes projects by designing and overseeing graphics and content
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Art/ Design/ Creative Multimedia or equivalent
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure in editorial packaging design, illustration, design graphic, data visualization, social media design, motion graphic, and/or icon design
- Thorough capability in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign and/or Adobe Creative Suite, familiarity in Mac OS environment
- Impeccable skills in visual communication and understanding user behavior
- Highly curious about trying new things, fun-loving and collaborative
- Able to multi-task with an eye for detail, resourceful and independent under constraints of time

2. Content Creator
Responsibilities:
- Develop and create engaging and relevant multimedia content for various platforms, such as blogs, social media, websites, and more.
- Produce written, visual, and multimedia content that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
- Plan and execute content calendars to ensure a consistent flow of content.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging topics to generate fresh and timely content ideas.
- Review and edit content for clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines
- Monitor and respond to audience comments, feedback, and inquiries on various platforms
- Use analytics tools to track content performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Film, Videography, Video Production, or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and platforms.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and other relevant digital tools
- Proficiency in creating and editing multimedia content such as graphics, images, videos, etc.
- Understanding of basic SEO principles and the ability to incorporate them into content

3. Organizational Development Associate Manager
Job Description:
- Create work plans and annual evaluations related to organization and talent.
- Monitor the organizational structure and changes required/made, regarding changes to each position and talent required.
- Monitor talent competency and performance, and recommend appropriate career development.
- Create talent programs that suit company needs and coordinate with related parties both internal and external to the company in carrying out talent development implementation activities.
- Make evaluations, analysis, documentation, recommendations for each program that has been carried out.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Having 7 years of experience in Organizational Development
- Experience managing talent management for at least 2 years
- Have good skills in project management and data management

4. Data Engineer
Job Description:
- To analyze and validate data source readiness and integrity
- To build and organize a data pipeline (ETL/ELT) procedure for usage in a data warehouse environment
- Routine work of monitoring and troubleshooting data processing performance
- To identify potential problems and create solutions for more robust and efficient data processing
- To assess and implement new cloud technology and big data platforms
Requirements :
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant disciplines from a top university
- Minimum 1 year of working experience as a Data Engineer or ETL Developer
- Strong analytical skills & high sense of logical thinking
- Experience developing data warehouse schemas with OWB, ODI, or other enterprise ETL technologies
- Have expertise and experience with a cloud solution, preferably a GCP Platform.
- Willing to work onsite & fulltime in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan
5. Senior Product Owner
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and improve marketing and sales supporting application solution
- Do the technical process with some programming language
- Align with marketing and sales team to understand business needs and translate it into functional requirement
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the deployed solution
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing application
- Ensure data integrity and solution robustness
- Working on a project based with agile approach and report to Product Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from top university
- Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience as software engineer or solution architect
- Has experience in developing Marketing and Sales activity application is an advantages
- Deep knowledge in programming, micro services, and cloud platform
- Experience in Agile with scrum project approach
- Familiar with programming language

6. Senior IT Security Engineer
Job Description:
- Assess IT security risks.
- Evaluate and consult on IT security.
- Manage existing IT risks and assist with threat intelligence.
- Ensure compliance with security standards (SMKI/ISO27001/GDPR/HIPAA/HiTrust).
- Regularly compile security reports and report after incidents.
- Support security testing in IT projects and track fixes for vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with other teams to align security with business objectives.
- Coordinate security awareness campaigns and training.
Requirements:
- University degree in IT or related field, preferably in IT or Information Security
- 5 or more years of overall IT experience, with a focus on IT and Information Security
- Solid knowledge of IT and Information Security
- Experience in data protection, privacy, and compliance
- Familiarity with IT security standards and frameworks such as SMKI, ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST, OWASP, ITIL, etc.
- Practical experience with IT Security tools like ArcSight, NGAV/NGFW (Forti/Palo Alto/Cisco), SIEM (IBM QRadar/Splunk/AlienVault/Elastik), IBM ReaQta, Wireshark, BigFix, etc.
- Professional certifications in security, such as CCNP Security, NSE 4/5/6, PCCET/PCNSA/PCNSE, etc.
- Broad understanding of IT across all layers, including Application, OS, Networking, Database, and Container base
- Mandatory knowledge of IT architecture, with a focus on Network & Security architecture

7. Fullstack Developer/Backend Engineer/Frontend Engineer
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology from a top university.
- Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Full-Stack Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing leadership and technical accomplishments.
- Deep understanding of back-end technologies such as PHP, Node.js, Python, and popular frameworks like Express.
- Deep understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks like React.
- Extensive experience with database systems such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a development team.
- Knowledge of ERP Systems such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management or Finance is a plus.
- Willing to work on-site and full-time in Bintaro, South Tangerang
