1. Marketing Internship

Job Description :
  • Manage some of the execution projects by coordinating with some vendors & sales team
  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.
  • Perform market analysis and research on competition.
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
  • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail, and web).
  • Help organize marketing events.

Requirements :
  • Majoring in Communication Studies/Public Relations/Marketing/Advertising or any related discipline.
  • Final-year students and still active in college.
  • Interested in strengthening our marketing team.
  • Available for at least 6 months internship period.
  • Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera.


2. Procurement Internship

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
  • Documents checking for Import
  • Follow up delivery to Forwarder
  • Send invoice & DO to Forwarder
  • Input Invoice from Forwarder
  • Filling all shipping documents
  • Prepare PIB+PBN to Tax Dept
  • Input PIB

Requirements :
  • Majoring in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
  • Preferably in final semester.
  • No professional work experience is required.
  • Proficient in Ms. office.
  • good communication skill.
  • Discipline, responsible, and pay attention to details.
  • Min. internship period is 6 months.
  • Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera.


3. Treasury Internship

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
  • Ensuring data collection of invoice.
  • Document controlling (Buying raw material, spare part, marketing event & exhibition).
  • Photocopy and scan documents.
  • Input transaction to IFS system.

Requirements :
  • Majoring in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
  • Preferably in final semester.
  • No professional work experience is required.
  • Proficient in Ms. office.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Discipline, responsible, and pay attention to details.
  • Min. internship period is 6 months.
  • Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera.


4. PPIC Packaging Senior Staff

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
  • Handle orders for Packaging Material (PM) based on forecasts
  • Calculating Packaging Material (PM) needs and making PR for the production process
  • Monitoring, reporting, and following up Packaging Material (PM) availability in the production process, storing goods in warehouse, so that the production process can run smoothly and in balance
  • Make a monthly inventory report
  • Loading stock reports for the replacement of Packaging Material (PM) based on the related department

Requirement:
  • Minimum education D3/S1 Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or other relevant majors.
  • Having experience in the relevant field for at least 2 years.
  • Advanced the ERP system process
  • Advanced to use Ms. Office (preferably Ms. Excel)
  • Responsible, conscientious and hardworking.
  • Proactive, assertive and able to work independently and in a team.
  • Having good analytical, planning, problem solving, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Willing to be placed in Karawang - West Java


5. IT Support Staff

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
  • Make improvements to each Incident Management
  • Installing and preparing a new PC and the Intune onboarding process
  • Installing and ensuring the defender runs properly
  • Installing licensed application software requests from the user
  • Troubleshooting repairs to LAN networks and wireless LANs
  • Troubleshooting CCTV, telephony, printers, and scanners. 

Requirements :
  • Minimum D3 in relevant fields
  • Minimum Experience of 2 years in a company with a high level of compliance
  • Have good teamwork, work ethic, and service.
  • Have ability to work quickly and appropriately, proactively raises issues 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 & defender applications
  • Proficient in the Intune Client process
  • Proficient in the installation process of licensed application software
  • Proficient LAN, WAN, VP,N, Fiber Optic and Wireless LAN networks
  • Proficient in the repair of printers, CCTV, analog phones, IP phones, fingerprints and scanners
  • Willing to work Shift - Placement in Karawang
