1. Campaign Policy Lead, Fashion(E-commerce)

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or above
  • Proficient in English and Indonesian language
  • 5 years+ of work experience in seller policy (e.g. seller incentive program) related work of e-commerce platforms, and end-to-end experience in policy (from design, execution to review) is preferred
  • Work experience in budget management is preferred
  • Clear logic, methodology, and good past successful project cases
  • Sensitive to data, able to output effective strategies based on data analysis and seller behavior insights
  • Have strong learning ability, self-driving force and anti-pressure ability, think independently, and be good at summarizing;
  • Excellent communication and resource integration skills, have a good understanding of content e-commerce, and have a clear understanding of the projects in charge of and development plans.

 

2. Campaign Management, Incubation (E-commerce)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Have ability to plan, execute and evaluate e-commerce campaign TikTokShop to achieve maximum sales, keep the community engaged and deliver fresh ideas and campaign for the LS;
  • Create IP based Campaign on TikTok Shop and be able to scale them to maximize the GMV;
  • Support the campaign team for key campaigns like MYS, PayDay, Ramadan, etc.;
  • Work with cross function teams to co-create campaigns and push forward for execution to drive potential product sales;
  • Work closely with the Product Assortment team and support Creators (Celebrities; Top Creators; MCN; Community) to suggest product assortment for the planned campaign and IP.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, finance, marketing, or other related fields
  • 3-8 years of working experience in a fast-paced industry, Management Consulting, Tech companies
  • Experience in project management and data analysis
  • Good inference skills to manage stakeholders
  • Outstanding analytical skills and comfortable with analyzing complex, large-scale data sets
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-driven and a team player
  • English proficiency

 

3. Management, Incubation (E-commerce)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of account management
  • P&L responsibility for incubation team
  • Identify assortment priorities for incubation category and oversee acquisition of new vendors, brands and suppliers
  • Plan, execute and develop category performance by driving campaign proposals
  • Establish joint business plan with brands and sellers to drive growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with merchants, negotiate and secure the best deals based on campaign or seasonality
  • Map category and subcategories landscape, and define priority on which segment to be developed in collaboration with merchant and merchandise strategy teams
  • Work with Key Account service team and external service vendors to develop key accounts, and work with
  • Seller Development and Growth team to build clear roadmap to manage top & mid tier sellers

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or above
  • 5+ years experience in relevant categories, with strong networking to brands and big merchants; social media savvy
  • Good interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Possess people management skills
  • Well connected to big players within the industry
  • Collaborative and open to changes and challenges
  • English proficiency

 

4. Management, Fashion (e-commerce)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Map category and sub categories landscape, and define priority on which segment to be developed in collaboration with merchant and merchandise strategy team
  • Define a go-to market strategy for a category/sub-category
  • Plan, execute and maintain category performance (from acquisition to incubation and development)
  • Build a robust team, and manage collaborative and goal-oriented team culture
  • Work with Key Account service team and external service vendors to develop key accounts, and work with
  • Seller Development and Growth team to build clear roadmap to manage long-tail sellers
  • Come up with initiatives to continuously improve competitiveness advantage

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 6+ years experience in relevant categories, with strong networking to brands and big merchants; social media savvy
  • Good interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Well connected to big players within the industry
  • Collaborative and open to changes and challenges
  • English proficiency is a must
