1. Account Support Specialist

Jakarta

The day-to-day activities:
  • Liaise with GrabKitchen merchants regularly for operational matters including but not limited to merchants’ expansion and onboarding, and any operational concerns on site
  • Communicate with our Facilities and Infrastructure teams on the operational concerns on site addressed by merchants, and help mediate and manage expectations from both parties when there are operational issues
  • Assist in the acquisition of enterprise merchants and become the main PIC for operational-related inquiries that may arise
  • Cover the onboarding process of enterprise merchants from administrative requirements, menu management, and operational requirements
  • Coordinate with our internal Account Management/Sales team in the event of merchants’ move out, by creating a timeline to minimize unit vacancies.

The must haves:
  • 1-3 years of experience in administration or operations support
  • Self-starter, capable of adapting and working under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
  • Experience in handling and dealing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Organized, insightful and communicative

2. Payment and Loyalty Associate

Jakarta

The day-to-day activities:
  • Exercise quantitative and qualitative research to derive conclusion and recommendation for relevant business analysis including but not limited to market sizing, benchmarking, operations model & strategy, customer pain-points, and business process improvement
  • Monitor key metrics, find and explore business issues/opportunities to improve overall Payment & Loyalty metrics within Grab ecosystem
  • Co-lead, design and manage end-to-end strategic projects
  • Liaising with internal teams across Grab and external stakeholders in order to establish and improve business performance as well as ensuring project success
  • Provide data backed insights on business operations to improve operations efficiency or determine product/business strategies

The must haves:
  • At least Bachelor degree from reputable university, preferably in Business, Operation Management, Finance, and/or engineering
  • Knowledge of relational database Power BI, tableau or other tools for statistical analysis is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Consulting, Strategy, Financial services, eCommerce, or Technology
  • Structured thinking, strong analytical, excellent problem solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Attentive to details and good communication in English and Bahasa'

3. Account Management Lead Bali & Nusra

The Day-to-Day Activities
  • You plan and prioritise merchant partners to pursue, aligning with the overall strategy for GrabFood
  • You leverage the use of existing internal data to create content for a partnership model
  • You engage and prioritise partners for discussion, structuring and negotiation
  • You will work closely with internal product team and marketing operations team to execute campaigns and initiatives
  • Participate in brain storming sessions with team mates
  • You will collaborate with the local business development team to align on strategy and partnership targets

  • You have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, management or marketing
  • You have a minimum of a year experience in dealing with a major brand(s), working on contract terms, negotiating and collaboration campaigns

  • Your experience in the F&B industry will be an advantage to your application
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office(Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and GSuite applications
  • You can perform independently and be participative in a team setting
  • You are able to practise a high level of discretion, strong sense of accountability, self-motivated, good sense of business/ cultural priorities and nuances

The day-to-day activities
  • You are responsible for sourcing, pitching and winning clients for GrabAds campaigns
  • You delight our clients and customers by translating data into tangible value
  • You will manage high-level media buying relationships
  • You will specialise in pipeline management and stakeholder management
  • You are responsible for running RFPS and Joint-Business Plans (JBPs) with key partners
  • You will develop cross-functional relations with regional teams plus country teams to pitch & win local deals for GrabAds campaigns

The day-to-day activities:
  • Relationships building: continuously engage our merchants and listening to their needs, feedbacks, and stay in close communications
  • Marketing campaign and promotions design: Craft a compelling campaign by leveraging co-marketing partnership with our partners to bring value to our customers, which also drive more values back to our partners
  • Driving growth and Higher ROI: Ensure the partners are growing with you and the company. Take a data driven approach to estimate ROI and KPI analysis for each partner in order to grow basket size and create loyal customers.
  • Ensuring consistency and quality: Have the greatest interest to make sure partners are also maintaining service and food quality consistency. Liaising with operations, customer service and partners to ensure issues are resolved over email, phone, or in person.
  • Cross-functional relationship: Work with our product, operations, and merchant acquisition teams to make sure merchants have the best possible experience

The must haves:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of sales business development, account management or operations
  • Experienced in handling and dealing with partners (account management experience)
  • An exceptional track record of driving revenue through partnerships
  • Multi-tasking and able to work under pressure and constantly changing environment
  • Proficient in English is a plus
  • Passion for the on-demand delivery space, and food delivery in particular
  • Comfortable to work using laptop and internet
  • Great communication and negotiation skills
