1. Promotion Supervisor
Work Description
- Melakukan analisa pasar terkait kapasitas, harga, promosi, dan strategi di masing-masing territory baik untuk channel retail maupun distribusi
- Membuat perencanaan program promosi dan memastikan efektivitas program yang dijalankan yang bertujuan terhadap peningkatan pencapaian di territory.
- Mengkoordinasikan monthly budget terkait program promosi untuk masing- masing territory.
Requirement
- Memiliki pengalaman 1 - 2 tahun di sales, atau di bidang channel management. Lebih disukai yang memiliki pengalaman di industri retail.
- Pendidikan minimal strata satu (S1)
- Mempunyai kemampuan interpersonal dan kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di area Palembang.

2. Merchandising Support Supervisor
Work Description
- Membuat standarisasi planogram, rules, do & don’t’s agar display seragam di all stores
- Monitoring Display & juga Standard Planogram di Store
- Membantu operation dengan membuat aplikasi guideline (media komunikasi promo, visual display di store)
- Koordinasi antar departemen, dimulai dari Store Development yang menyediakan store layout, PM, Creative Marketing & Operation
- Planning, eksekusi dan report sesuai timeline agar on time sesuai schedule
- Membahas issue dan solusi di lapangan
- Membuat dan merencanakan budget komunikasi visual agar efisien dan efektif
- Perencanaan konsep dengan efisiensi budget untuk hasil yang maksimal
- Monitoring konsep visual serta komunikasi agar tersampaikan ke customer dan bisnis berjalan lancar sesuai dengan target utamanya yaitu penjualan produk
Requirement
- Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan (diutamakan jurusan DKV atau Design Interior)
- Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang yang sama
- Kemampuan yang dibutuhkan : Visual Merchandiser, Branding Design Graphic, Outlook Store
- Kreatif dan Inovatif
- Bersedia bekerja secara mobile ke seluruh store

3. Content Visual Designer
Work Description
- Create visual or graphic design for brand/ and social media content
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or similar.
- 1-3 years of experience as a visual designer, or similar.
- Advanced proficiency in visual design software, such as Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator, After Effect, etc
- Excellent communication skills.

4. Banking Partnership Supervisor
Work Description
- Design and propose banking partnership strategic plans by setting measurable parameters and ensuring well execution
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure better company bargaining power to banking partners
- Being up-to-date with current market trend, best practice and partnership strategy
- Expected to manage relationship with key banking partners (performance reporting, consolidation of banking partnerships feedback & input, etc)
- Lead and coordinate the execution of planned partnership initiatives end-to-end (including proposal development, negotiation with partners, initiative lock down, initiative delivery/execution, result monitoring & evaluation)
Requirement
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Marketing Partnership
- Experience in retail industry
- Willing to work at Bandengan Selatan, Jakarta Barat office

5. IT SAP FICO Asst Manager
Work Description
- Implementing and supporting full cycle current SAP FI/CO
- Make functional Specification for FI/CO (Finance and Controlling) module
- Solving issue log and solving SAP S4HANA for FI/CO (Finance and Controlling) module
- Make blueprint documents, SIT, and UAT for all FI/CO (Finance and Controlling) business process
- Design custom program
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Accounting
- At least 4 Year(s) of working exp202erience in SAP FI/CO (Finance and Controlling) Consultant
- Preferably have Accounting knowledge, LSMW
- Preferably have experience in Full-Cycle Project or Roll-Out
- minimum have 2 full cycle implementation SAP FI/CO
- Experienced in FICO Module
- Working knowledge or experience in retail industries
- Knowing IDOCs is added value

6. IT QA Engineer
Work Description
- Create test cases based on user story and system requirement
- Perform Functional Test, SIT and Regression based on target and task
- Evaluate product according to specifications.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Create clearly bug reports and errors to the development team.
- Collaborate with dev, scrum master, product
- Records and reports testing results
- Responsible, able to prioritise tasks and respect deadline
Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related Experience in QA (QA Analyst is preferred)
- Experience in Ecom and POS is a plus
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with testing tools (Selenium / Katalon, JMeter)
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience of working with Web, Mobile, API Testing, SQL both manual / automation
- Able to work within a teamwork environment / work independently
- Having Good interpersonal, communication skill and Proactive
