MULTICERT GLOBAL INDONESIA (MGI) is an Indonesian growing companies specialized in strategic business sector of : Certification, Audit, Testing, Inspection and other Independent Assessment services. 

We would like to invite high-qualified candidates for the following position:

Jakarta Based
TOEFL Min. 400

1. PROJECT MANAGER

You will be responsible for:
  • Responsible for every project handled.
  • Responsible for the process of identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of projects following the goals and quality requirements that have been established.
  • Responsible for the compliance of standards, regulations, and accreditation requirements.
  • Responsible for the effective communication with stakeholders regarding projects.
  • Responsible for the achievement of the quality objectives (KPI).

General Requirements:
  • Max 40 years old.
  • Minimum S1 degree, majoring in Engineering/Technical.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Certification Industry.
  • Familiar with technical and management standard e.g. SNI, ISO, IEC, etc.
  • Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing is mandatory.
  • Having a good network in the industrial market is most favourable.
  • Having a good communication, analytical and excellent problem solving skill.
  • Willing to support and serve customers.
  • Willing to learn and able to work in a team.
  • Willing to travel, work overtime and able to work under pressure.
  • Honest, dynamic, discipline, initiative, hard-working, self-motivated person.

2. MARKETING AND SALES

You will be responsible for:
  • Supporting sales program and other related activities.
  • Supporting creation of proposal, quotation, contract and project schedule.
  • Supporting effective communication with customer and partner regarding projects.

General Requirements:
  • Female / Male, max 35 years old.
  • Minimum S1 Degree, majoring in Engineering / Marketing / Economics / Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Sales & Marketing.
  • Having a working experience in Certification and/or Consulting companies is favourable.
  • Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing is mandatory.
  • Having a good network in the industrial market is favourable.
  • Having a good communication, presentation and negotiation skill.
  • Familiar with management and technical standard e.g. ISO, SNI, etc. is preferable.
  • Willing to learn and able to work in a team.
  • Willing to travel, work overtime and able to work under pressure.
  • Honest, dynamic, discipline, initiative, hard-working, self-motivated person.


3. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF

You will be responsible for:
  • Handling all of process finance & accounting in the company.
  • Generate timely & accurate financial reports to Management such as petty cash and P/L report.
  • Prepare & resolves purchase order, receipt, invoice, reimbursement and payment related matters.
  • Bank reconciliations of multiple bank accounts.
  • Tax reporting.

General Requirements:
  • Female, max 40 years old.
  • Minimum D3 Degree, majoring in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration and Tax.
  • Must be highly skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data.
  • Must be highly skilled in use of MS Office application.
  • Must be highly skilled in TAX matters e.g. PPN, PPH 21, PPH Final, etc.
  • Having a working experience is preferable.
  • Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing is mandatory.
  • Accurate and precise on administrative works.
  • Honest, dynamic, discipline, initiative, hard working and self-motivated person.
  • Willing to learn and able to work in a team.
  • Willing to work overtime and able to work under pressure.
